will a common man get Justice from the court?

According to what is happening in Kerala, India and world allover; the answer is: very hard. Let us look at the fight between High court Justice Alexander Thomas and Congress leaders of Kerala. Chief Minister commented “ നീല വെള്ളത്തില്‍ വീണ കുറുക്കന്‍ രാജാവ് ആയാല്‍ …............ വന്ന വഴി മറക്കരുതു . Alexander Thomas was government pleader under the communist gov. He also won several cases for the party as party lawyer. But he had no experience as a Judge. Then how did he gained the job as High court Judge?

According to the Congress leaders, he sought the help of the congress party to be selected as the judge. That is why the CM said - വന്ന വഴി മറക്കരുതു .

Alexander Thomas plotted to throw out Ommen Chandy Ministry with the Catholic church leaders- according to congress party. So Ommen Chandy had to subdue to the catholic bishops.

Alexander Thomas said, “ അബ്കരികളുടെയും വെവസയികളുടെയും നോമിനികള്‍ ആണ് സര്‍കാര്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ ആയി നിയമിക്കപെടുന്നത്' .

Let us put all these together:

Alexander thomas was CPM's lawyer. He was also a pleader under CPM Government. So he has admitted he was a nominee of '' abkari or vevasai”. He had to seek the help of Congress party to become a Judge. He worked with catholic bishops to overthrow congress ministry.

Here in Kerala like every where, religion and politics are having the 'fight and mate game'. The ordinary people become victims. No politics, no money, no religion; you cannot get justice. So we people has to think and act properly. Politics is a necessary evil and it is not going away any time soon. But we can make it better. Good humans has to come forward and take leadership in politics. Then politics and government can be detached and freed from the hold of religions. Judges, police and even politicians must be free from religious and racial bondage. Then only the poor, and ordinary will get justice.
