കുറ്റപത്രം ചോര്‍ത്തി നല്‍കിയത് പോലീസിന്റെ ഗൂഢാലോചനയെന്നു ദിലീപ്

അങ്കമാലി: നടിയെ ആക്രമിച്ച കേസില്‍ തനിക്കെതിരായ കുറ്റപത്രം പോലീസ് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ചോര്‍ത്തി നല്‍കിയെന്നു നടന്‍ ദിലീപ്. ഇക്കാര്യം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി ദിലീപ് അങ്കമാലി മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചു. കുറ്റപത്രം കോടതി പരിഗണിക്കും മുന്പ് ഇതിന്റെ വിശദാംശങ്ങള്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ വന്നെന്നും ഇത് തനിക്കെതിരായ പോലീസിന്റെ ഗൂഢാലോചനയുടെ ഭാഗമാണെന്നും ദിലീപ് ഹര്‍ജിയില്‍ ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
നടി ആക്രമണത്തിനിരയായ സംഭവത്തില്‍ നടന്‍ ദിലീപിനെ എട്ടാം പ്രതിയാക്കിയുള്ള അനുബന്ധ കുറ്റപത്രം അന്വേഷണസംഘം കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. ദിലീപിന്റെ മുന്‍ഭാര്യ മഞ്ജുവാര്യര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ 355 പേര്‍ സാക്ഷികളായ കേസില്‍ ആകെ 12 പ്രതികളുണ്ട്. നടിയോടു ദിലീപിനുള്ള വൈരാഗ്യമാണ് ആക്രമണത്തിനു കാരണമായതെന്നു കുറ്റപത്രത്തില്‍ പറയുന്നു. മഞ്ജുവാര്യരുമായുള്ള ആദ്യവിവാഹം തകര്‍ന്നതിനു പിന്നില്‍ ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെട്ട നടിയാണെന്നു ദിലീപ് വിശ്വസിച്ചിരുന്നെന്നും കുറ്റപത്രത്തിലുണ്ട്.
ആക്രമണത്തിനു നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കിയ സുനില്‍ കുമാര്‍ (പള്‍സര്‍ സുനി) ആണ് ഒന്നാം പ്രതി. നടിയെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയ കാറിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഡ്രൈവര്‍ മാര്‍ട്ടിന്‍ ആന്റണി, മണികണ്ഠന്‍, വിജീഷ്, വടിവാള്‍ സലീം, പ്രദീപ് എന്നിവരാണു രണ്ടു മുതല്‍ ആറുവരെയുള്ള പ്രതികള്‍.

Even after 12 women complained about Trump’s sexual harassment, American public and 80% American Christians voted for Trump. Soon the Christians will tear the chapter from the Bible where Jesus’ saving the women from her accusers is depicted. Look at what is happening in Kerala! People are electing again and again the same criminals as MPs, MLAs, ministers and supporting film stars despite their crime against women. People like pimps, notorious criminals, murderers and women abusers as leaders. The more abuse history one has the better chance to win the election. As Trump refuses to endorse against Roy Moor of Alabama, if the abusers deny the allegation, the better is the chances are to get endorsed by other abusers. What a awful world we live in!!!!
