ഒരു പുനർചിന്തനത്തിനു സമയമായി. കേരള കോൺഗ്രസ്സിന്റെ നയപരിപാടികളിൽ ചോർച്ച സംഭവിക്കുന്നു. ഇത്തരം കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ തീരുമാനം എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ വീഴ്ച്ച വരാതെ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം. LDF ൽ കേരള കോൺഗ്രസ് അടിമപ്പണി ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. നിലപാടുകളിൽ വഴവഴഞ്ചൻ സ്വഭാവം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ നല്ലത് മുന്നണി വിടുന്നതായിരിക്കും നല്ലത്.

This is the best example of narrow-mindedness in all of us. A person like Santhosh Gerge Kulamghara coming to the Planning Board of the state is good for the whole state, and all Malayalees. We need to encourage and promote talents for the benefit of all. Santhosh has ideas for the development of the state as he has travelled all over the world, and seen how others do things. It is narrow-mindedness to think of selfish interests in such case as my party, my race, my religion or my family. It is a pity that most people can think with their myopic eyes or eyeglasses of religion, race or party politics. Appreciate Jose Mani for agreeing to the appointment for the good of the state. What use to appoint a party person with no vision or ideas for the state to come to such a position? Most of the party appointments and decisions are based on party politics now. We see the wealth of the country (Airports and Corporations) sold to private interests by people in power because of this party politics that has become a curse of the country. Developments that need to be distributed to the whole country equally are now concentrated in a few states like Gujarat because of such party politics. Real patriotism is to follow the pledge that India is my country and all Indians are my brothers and sisters instead of petty, mean narrow-mindedness we see everywhere nowadays.
