ഹൂസ്റ്റണ്‍: പ്രൈമറി മത്സരങ്ങളുടെ പ്രധാന അങ്കത്തട്ടായി ടെക്‌സാസ് മാറിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്. മാര്‍ച്ച് 1-ന് നടക്കുന്ന റിപ്പബ്ലിക്കന്‍ പ്രൈമറിയില്‍ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനക്കാരനും രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനത്ത് എത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥിയും ടെക്‌സാസില്‍ ആകെയുള്ള 155 പ്രതിനിധികളെ പങ്ക് വയ്ക്കും. ഇതിനാലാണ് രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനത്തിന് പോലും പ്രാധാന്യം വര്‍ദ്ധിക്കുന്നത്. സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ എല്ലാം ഇവിടെ നടക്കുന്ന ഡിബേറ്റില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നു. ഡിബേറ്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ഉടനെ മാര്‍കോ റൂബിയോയും ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് ട്രമ്പും ഡാളസിലേയ്ക്ക് തിരിക്കുന്നു. ഡാളസില്‍ ഇരുവര്‍ക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം പ്രചരണയോഗങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് 8,000-ല്‍ അധികം പേര്‍ക്കിരിക്കാവുന്ന സ്റ്റേഡിയത്തിലും മാര്‍കോ കുറച്ചുകൂടി ചെറിയ സ്ഥലത്തുമാണ് യോഗം നടത്തുന്നത്.
സ്വന്തം സംസ്ഥാനമായ ടെക്‌സാസ് നിഷ്പ്രയാസം ജയിക്കാമെന്ന് ടെഡ് ക്രൂസ് കരുതിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇതുവരെ വളരെ മത്സരം നടന്ന സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില്‍ ആശാവഹമായ നേട്ടം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തതും രണ്ടിടത്ത് മാര്‍കോയ്ക്കും പിന്നിലെത്തിയതും ടെഡിനെ ഇരുത്തി ചിന്തിപ്പിച്ചു. ടെക്‌സാസിലെ പ്രചരണം ഭാര്യ ഹൈഡിയെ ഏല്‍പിച്ചു. അവര്‍ പല സ്ഥലത്തും പ്രചരണം നടത്തിവരുന്നു.
'സൂപ്പര്‍ ട്യൂസ് ഡേ' എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്ന മാര്‍ച്ച് ഒന്നിന് ടെക്‌സാസിനൊപ്പം മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും പ്രൈമറികളോ കോക്കസുകളോ നടക്കും. ഇവ കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ മാര്‍ച്ച് 8-ന് മിഷിഗനിലും 15-ന് ഒഹായോവിലും പ്രൈമറി നടക്കും. മിഷിഗണില്‍ ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് വിജയിച്ചാല്‍ പോലും ഒഹായോ ജോണ്‍ കേസിക്കിന്റെ സ്വന്തം സംസ്ഥാനമാണ്. അവിടെ ജോണ്‍ ജയിക്കുവാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്ന് നിരീക്ഷകര്‍ പറയുന്നു.
ജയിച്ചു നില്‍ക്കുമ്പോള്‍ വേഗസിന് പുറത്തുകടക്കുക എന്നൊരു ചൊല്ലുണ്ട്. ലാസ് വേഗസിലെ കസിനോകളില്‍ കളിക്കുവാന്‍ എത്തുന്നവരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചാണ് ഇതു പറയുന്നത്. ജയിച്ചു നില്‍ക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പി•ാറാതെ വീണ്ടും കളിച്ചാല്‍ കയ്യില്‍ കിട്ടിയ പണം നഷ്ടമാകും എന്ന് ഓര്‍മ്മപ്പെടുത്തുവാനാണ് ഈ ചൊല്ല് ആവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. നെവാഡയിലാണ് വേഗസ്. വേഗസില്‍ ജയിച്ച ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് അവിടെനിന്ന് വിജയശ്രീലാളിതനായി പുറത്തുകടന്നു എന്ന് ചില മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
ഡൊണാള്‍ഡിന്റെ വിജയക്കുതിപ്പ് തുടരുമ്പോള്‍ ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും തേരോട്ടം തടയാന്‍ കഴിയുമോ എന്ന ചോദ്യവും ഉയരുന്നു. ജോണ്‍ കേസിക്കും ബെന്‍ കാള്‍സണും താമസിയാതെ പിന്‍വാങ്ങും. മത്സരം ഡൊണാള്‍ഡിലും ടെഡിലും മാര്‍കോയിലുമായി ചുരുങ്ങും എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരുണ്ട്. റിപ്പബ്ലിക്കന്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ സംഘടനാതലത്തില്‍ ഡൊണാള്‍ഡിനെ പിന്താങ്ങുന്നവര്‍ കുറവാണ്. പാര്‍ട്ടിയുടെ നോമിനേഷന്‍ ലഭിക്കുവാന്‍ ആവശ്യമായ 1237 പ്രതിനിധികളെ സ്വന്തമാക്കാന്‍ ഡൊണാള്‍ഡിന് കഴിയാതെ വരട്ടെ എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരുമുണ്ട്. 1237 ഡെലിഗേറ്റുകളുടെ പിന്തുണ ഡൊണാള്‍ഡിന് ലഭിക്കാതെ വന്നാല്‍ ക്ലീവ് ലാന്‍ഡ് ഒഹായോവില്‍ നടക്കുന്ന കണ്‍വെന്‍ഷനില്‍ ഒരു ബ്രോക്കേര്‍സ് കണ്‍വെന്‍ഷന്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കി പ്രതിനിധികള്‍ക്ക് സാഥാനര്‍ത്ഥിയെ നിശ്ചയിക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയും. അപ്പോള്‍ ഡൊണാള്‍ഡിനല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരാള്‍ക്ക് പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥിത്വം നല്‍കാന്‍ കഴിയും. ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിച്ചാലും കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളായിരിക്കും ഉണ്ടാവുക. തീരുമാനം ചോദ്യം ചെയ്ത് ഡൊണാള്‍ഡ് കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കുകയോ സ്വതന്ത്രനായി മത്സരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തു എന്നു വരാം. മാര്‍ക്കോയ്‌ക്കോ ടെഡിനോ ആവശ്യമായ 1237 ഡെലിഗേറ്റുകള്‍ നേടാന്‍ കഴിയുക മാത്രമായിരിക്കും റിപ്പബ്ലിക്കന്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് അഭികാമ്യം.

Most of the FOKANA, FOMAA or WORLD MALAYALEE leaders are stuck in Kerala and the hopeless politics there. First they must sever their connection with the lousy leaders of Kerala. All the leaders must evaluate their educational qualification, ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally with all kind of people,. Don’t use it as a platform to sell insurance policy, real estate, and promote self. Everyone should check their passion for public work and make sure the family is behind you. Right now all most all the leaders are getting inspired from Kerala politicians. As, Trump says,( I agree with him on this) most of the leaders of Kerala are like a flat tires without air and energy.
If any FOKANA, FOMAA or WORLD MALAYALEE leaders ask the readers about what they think about you guys and your leadership, I am pretty sure that , the response will be one and same and that is –gutless, helpless, visionless, Mission less, egocentric morons. If Malayaalee organizations have leaders who can corroborate with, DMOCRATIC party (my choice but I will honor the majority decision and refrain from voting for GOP). I believe the only party we can identify us with is Democratic Party. We will be able to pursue many of our issues which need justice and the cases which are unsolved through the party and can get attention from the authority. This can only be achieved through the collective participation people organized and guided by qualified and passionate leaders in the political process of this country.
