ഇറാക്ക്‌ ആഭ്യന്തര കലാപത്തില്‍ പെട്ട്‌ 46 ഓളം മലയാളി നഴ്‌ സുമാരെ നരകയാതന
അനുഭവിക്കുകയാണ്‌. ഇവരെ സുരക്ഷിതരായി നാട്ടിലെത്തിക്കാന്‍ അമേരിക്കയിലെ മലയാളികളുടെ
സംഘടനകളായ ഫൊക്കാനയും ഫോമയും ഇറാക്ക്‌ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തില്‍ സജീവമായി
ഇടപെട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അമേരിക്കന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‌ മേല്‍ സമ്മര്‍ദ്ദം
ചെലുത്തേണ്ടതാണെന്ന്‌ ഡോ ബി ഇക്‌ബാല്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
അതിനിടെ ഇറാഖിലുള്ള ഇന്ത്യക്കാരുടെ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കാനുള്ള നടപടികളെക്കുറിച്ച്‌ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിലെ സെക്രട്ടറി (ഈസ്‌റ്റ്‌) അനില്‍ വാധ്വ, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഇറാഖ്‌ സ്‌ഥാനപതി അഹമ്മദ്‌ തഹസ്‌നിന്‍ അഹമ്മദ്‌ ബെര്‍വാരിയുമായി ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തി. ഇറാഖിലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ സ്‌ഥാനപതികാര്യാലയം രാജ്യാന്തര റെഡ്‌ ക്രസന്റ്‌ സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുമായി ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തി. ഇറാഖിലുള്ള ഇന്ത്യക്കാരുടെ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കാനുള്ള നടപടികളെക്കുറിച്ച്‌ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിലെ സെക്രട്ടറി (ഈസ്‌റ്റ്‌) അനില്‍ വാധ്വ, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഇറാഖ്‌ സ്‌ഥാനപതി അഹമ്മദ്‌ തഹസ്‌നിന്‍ അഹമ്മദ്‌ ബെര്‍വാരിയുമായി ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തി. ഇറാഖിലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ സ്‌ഥാനപതികാര്യാലയം രാജ്യാന്തര റെഡ്‌ ക്രസന്റ്‌ സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുമായി ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തി.

Dr. Iqbal Sir,
You can just suggest and say, but also it is little bit funny. Even about our OCI/Pravasi related issues FOMAA-FOKANA cannot do much to resolve. Then for international- Iraq problem what FOMAA/FOKANA can do to iinfluence US Govt or India Govt. ot to intervene itself in Iraqu? Our great umbralla organizations can just release some statements with officials photo saying that we reloved the problem or we agree or we congragulate the actions of the govt. or we welcomne the decisions etc. etc.. and just take some credits for any achievements if at all for any body. Other wise just to know the true facts just rewind the news back to some months. There you will see the photo and statement comediiuans right there.

പാവങ്ങൾ ഫൊക്കാന ഫോമാക്കാർ എങ്ങനെ എങ്കിലും ജീവിച്ചു പോയ്യിക്കോട്ടേ സാറേ? കേരളത്തിലെ ഉമ്മൻ ചാണ്ടി ഗവണ്മെന്റും മോഡി ഗവണ്മെന്റും ആ പണി നോക്കാട്ടെ/ വെറുതെ ഈ പാവങ്ങളെ കൊലക്കു കൊടുക്കണോ?

Few FOMA and FOKKANA people accidently took some pictures with Obama when he cam to visit New Jersy during the Sandy disaster. It does not mean that hey can influence American Govenment. These are mainly entertainment organizations. If you want to have any chendamelam conducted after the rescue of Nurses in Iraq, they probably will be able to help you guys.
